Wedding Strings Con Amore are a group of talented, experienced and highly professional musicians based in the central belt catering for weddings in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Fife, Dundee and further afield!

What to expect

Each of our players has a wide-ranging and accomplished portfolio having performed at numerous wedding events and as part of nationally renowned orchestras such as Royal Scottish National Orchestra, Scottish Chamber Orchestra, BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra and Scottish Ballet. On stage our players have made appearances with Alfie Boe, Katherine Jenkins, Michael Buble, Idina Menzel, Belle and Sebastian and Mogwai amongst others. We are hugely versatile and dedicated to ensuring your music is as unique as your wedding. Wedding Strings Con Amore is committed to working with you in order to bring your own personal wedding dreams to life on your special day. We are a flexible ensemble and are also available to play for corporate events and session work.

Q: How long does setup take?

Highly recommend Wedding Strings Con Amore. We had the cello and piano duo play during our drinks reception and wedding breakfast on Friday and the music was just beautiful. Also a big thank you for playing us in to the room after our piper had to leave early due to unfortunate circumstances, it was very much appreciated. Contact was perfect from the start and Jane was lovely to deal with. Definitely one of our favourite touches for the day and many of our guests agreed. Thanks again!
