Uprising

My husband and I have very differing music tastes so trying to find a wedding band was a tough decision. I came across Uprising and saw that they were relatively local, they played songs my husband likes and they appealed to me as they had really great voices! The band were very friendly and approachable when they arrived, and we knew straight away we had made the right decision. The band were amazing, both us and the guests loved them! They played a wide selection of songs and added so much atmosphere to the day! The singer , Andys is great and they all played their instruments incredibly well! Do not hesitate to book them! We would book them again in a heartbeat. We have also already had guests ask for their details so they can book them in the future! Thank you so much Uprising, you made our wedding day!

We booked Uprising because we loved their rock/indie style....We didn't want traditional pop songs for our wedding. We absolutly loved them! They made the wedding and kicked off the party. I can't imagine how it could of been any better. Andy and the rest of the guys were so friendly and got involved in our first dance trickery! I especially loved the Metallica rendition where my husband and groomsman had a romantic dance!! I wouldn't hesitate in booking Uprising. 10/10.

Outstanding musicians & vocals. Great choice of music played with energy & a sense of fun... Recommend for any venue from Pub, Club to Weddings etc. !!

Uprising played at our wedding, we were let down by another band with less than a month to go and these guys were recommended to us by some friends. Turns out that this one of the best things that could have happened! We had a great night, the dance floor was packed and they did an awesome job of learning our first dance. We really can't fault the fellas from Uprising, they helped make our wedding day a massive success

We had Uprising play for a leaving party for a work colleague and we danced the night away. Great set list and a good mix of stuff with a rock edge. Great communication when organising a big event, prompt and professional. Top quality band.

We had this band perform at a private family party and wow did they rock the joint. Although Indie Rock may not be everyone's cup of tea these boys do tunes that even my grandma couldn't resist! Professional throughout the whole process and very accommodating.

Uprising played our evening reception of our wedding and everyone absolutely loved it. I spent all night on the dancefloor and have amazing memories of air guitaring on the floor with my dad! They’re a great band and I would recommend to anyone who loves rock music!
