Oh my goodness what a group! Met them at the buchan braes peterhead boddom tonight for the first time and I can honestly say you are the best group I have ever heard in my entire life. Thank you so so much for a wonderful night you have a fan for life and thank you for letting me get my pic with you. You are an amazing group of guys xxxx

The event was a big success and we have had very positive feedback about the band. So thank you very much indeed for the entertainment it was much appreciated, in the past the biggest complaint has always been the music not this time!

Thank you also for such a fantastic night. We have heard nothing but glowing reports about the night which is lovely and am sure there are a lot of ladies with very sore feet from so much dancing. Thank you also for making the night run so smoothly and will be very happy to pass your good name on to other people for their events.

We would just like to say a massive big thankyou for performing at our wedding, The Soul Kings were truly amazing and we can't wait for the next big event to book you again! lol Take care and thankyou. x

Wooo hooo what a feeling – I’m dancing on the ceiling!!! A huge thanks to you and the other Soul Kings for yesterday, you were once again AMAZING!!!! The ladies just love you and so do I! Thanks for being part of another successful event and helping us raise much needed funds so we can help people like Stella and her daughter Cheryl.

I just wanted to let you know how much fun we all had at The Roxburghe last Friday night. We thought The Soul Kings were a perfect fun act for our Junior School Ball, which is fast becoming a legendary event. Thanks so much for contributing towards such a great evening.

Thanks for a truly fantastic night last night. I have to apologise for being such a pest with "cadbury" and trying to get his shirt off all night. Think he was getting a bit annoyed with me! lol. The night was a real success and we raised £5444 with lots of gift aid forms completed. I shall check all of those tomorrow but we could be up to about £7000 by the time we add that on. Really thrilled. Our guests all thought you were amazing - of course and I've had loads of text, emails and Facebook comments today which has been fab

Have just returned from a totally swinging 50th birthday party at the Urban Brasserie at St Vincent's Place, Glasgow organised by Elle Gordon of Angelfish. Everyone was in fancy dress, the drink was flowing and The Soul Kings of Edinburgh were an outstanding and very funky live performance band. Amongst the guests were 2 Austin's (me from 10 minutes ago and me 10 minutes from now, Dr Evil and Felicity Shagwell as well as Hamish in an authentic East German military uniform – yay comrades, finally those capitalist pigs have paid for their crimes! Having MacGregor blood running through these veins it's always great to get a chance of performing in Scotland. Now it's time to recover – 'and I'm spent!'
