DJ Mark Green

Mark was an absolute pleasure to deal with in the run up to the wedding, and has been so warm and friendly from the first time we got in touch. Nothing is too much trouble and he was so good despite the fact we had a toddler and a newborn at our meeting! On the night itself, he was nothing but professional and well, fantastic! He took requests but also guaged what was working for our wedding guests. So many people have commented to me about how fantastic the music was. The finale was the best moment of my whole day. He even helped and provided equipment to our friends who performed our first dance song. He spoke to them directly to ensure things all went to plan. Mark was absolutely brilliant! He listened to what sort of music I wanted and played a great variety and even took requests! All the guests are still talking about him now - one of the best DJs I've had at a party and will defiantly be using him again! Thank you again.

Mark did a very good job at Askham Bryan College Christmas masquerade ball. He kept the students highly entertained and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I couldn't recommend him enough for any event. He was very professional and captured the audience with his genuine passion for music. The Students Union would like to use him as a regular DJ for future events.

Myself and my husband recently got married in Marrakech, where DJ Mark Green carried out everything to do with all of our music requirements! Right through from the ceremony, to the after party and he even sorted the music for the poolside Moroccan fire jugglers which were out of this world!! Mark's level of professionalism combined with his amazingly personal approach was an absolute god send! We met with him prior to flying out to discuss playlists and music for the day and from that point on wards he just reassured us every step of the way. He sorted absolutely everything on the day with seamless professionalism (which I really appreciated as the bride as it meant I could chill and enjoy my Prosecco!). He's also got every piece of kit imaginable so the sound was unreal!! The guests all commented on how nice he was and how every time they wanted to rest their dancing feet he'd play another tune they loved - the dance floor was packed all night! Honestly could not recommend him enough...10 out of 10! Thanks Mark for making our special day absolutely awesome!!

We booked Mark for our wedding and cannot stress enough what a fantastic choice we made! He really knows his stuff! We gave Mark a few ideas about the kind of music we liked and he filled the night with the most amazing mixes and choices, we danced and danced until our feet were sore. We would highly recommend DJ Mark Green to anyone looking for a professional DJ for their (home) party or a corporate event. We were nervous choosing someone online without meeting them but Mark was keen from the outset to understand our needs and preferences and we communicated via email and telephone before the event. He was generous with his time on the day of the event arriving early and inviting us to choose our preference from his large array of lighting equipment. He arrived at the venue early to set up and to respond to our requests and work out the best place for the sound system and lighting around our home (which looked amazing and transformed the place in to a chill out and clubbing venue!). He played our requested list of genres and artists but also responded to the guests and their dance preferences on the night. He was unintrusive and got on with an excellent job and we had many comments on how much our guests enjoyed the night/the music and had not danced so much and until so late for a long time! Thank you Mark.

We hired Mark for our evening wedding reception. We were impressed with his service from the very beginning! He was very friendly and professional, and clearly knows a lot about music. We gave him a basic idea of the genres of music that we love and he delivered great song after great song. I was waiting for a rubbish song so that I could go and take a break from dancing but it never happened! Eventually I gave in but only because I was tired - the music quality never dropped! Our guests were very impressed with him and we would definitely recommend him. He didn't do any of the tacky wedding DJ stuff that makes you cringe either, which is always a bonus! Mark was absolutely superb. I needed a DJ for my 50th Birthday Party at a bar in Sheffield. 50 guests with quite a wide age range. We could not have engaged anyone better. Professional and extremely friendly. He was happy to do whatever we needed and created the perfect atmosphere for the event. The bar manager told me they held similar events every weekend and Mark was the best DJ they had ever had. Mark, thank you so much, great job!

We booked Mark for our wedding back in December. We got good vibes from his profile, he took the time to understand our music taste and was extremely punctual in responding and flexible on the day (even when our schedule went out the window). Would highly recommend him, especially if you're looking to avoid the standard wedding cheese-fest. Although I'm certain he could deliver that I'd that's what you're looking for as well. Sorry we didn't get chance to thank you on the day, it was all a bit hectic! But thanks very much mate, you made it a cracking night and would always recommend you to any friends getting married in the north west.

The quality of service from Mark is nothing short of amazing. He listened to all of our requests before the wedding and built a set list of absolute bangers! Most people will only ever remember 3 things from a wedding, the food, the drink, and the music, so book Mark and only have two other things to worry about!
