We booked dan for a wedding in the Lake District and he was incredible. All the organisation was effortless we didn’t have to worry about a thing. He created an amazing atmosphere playing outside as guests enjoyed reception drinks in the sunshine and played during the wedding breakfast. Dan gave us peace of mind while booking as everything was taken care of and he set up with plenty of time to spare. Dan set the tone of the room off in a delightful way, nothing too overpowering while the friends and family chatted. As the alcohol flowed, Dan was happy to take requests and drew the night in with some great sing-alongs for everyone. A great performance and gave everybody the chance to have a sing and dance. Dan was great from start to finish. We couldn't have booked a more perfect performer for our day! His performances were amazing and all our guests absolutely loved him! We originally booked him for 4 x 40 minute slots but enjoyed his music so much that we asked him to stay on for another set. 2 x 45 Minute Sets inside or outside, upbeat or relaxed. (Good for drinks reception/wedding breakfast or to get a party started before the DJ)
Wedding Ceremony
I will arrive before your guests and play upon their arrival and as they wait for the ceremony to begin. (From experience this usually lasts 30 minutes and creates a nice atmosphere) I will learn/play any request for the bride walking down the aisle + signing or the register. Finally, I will play as you/your guests leave the ceremony, meaning there is a lovely atmosphere all the way through your wedding ceremony.
Wedding Ceremony/Drinks Reception
This is one of my most popular packages! I will arrive in plenty of time to make sure I am set up and ready to play upon your guests arrival. I will play nice backround/atmosphere music whilst everyone settles in and has a drink. I will then set up in the ceremony area and provide nice atmosphere music as your guests are entering/exiting the ceremony as well as when you and your partner are signing the register. I will also learn any song on request for the bride walking down the aisle. Finally, I will set up again in the drinks reception to play my final set for the time in between the ceremony and the Wedding Breakfast. Every wedding is different and, most importantly, personal to you. I am more than happy to speak to you to tailor the perfect package for you.
Live Music - 2 Sets
Are you having a party/event and need something more than iPod music to make it a night to remember? This package is perfect for everything from "back garden get-togethers" ,all the way to 200 people singing and dancing all night long. After playing over 200 parties/events in all shapes and sizes, I am ready to set up and play anywhere in the UK. I can either give your event a nice acoustic "easy-listening" vibe throughout the night, or get the party started with upbeat dance-floor fillers. This package includes 2 x 45 minute sets. Party + DJ Package
Party + DJ Package This is a great option for people wanting all entertainment sorted for the evening! I will bring my full PA system, Lights + DJ equipment. I can set up before the guests arrive and play up to 4 live music sets throughout the night with DJ music in between. (timings are usually 8-12 but happy to change that) For weddings, this price also includes learning a specific song on your request for your first dance.
