Professional from the moment I contacted her, Annelise has been amazing throughout my booking. She replied instantly to any queries/questions I had and nothing was too much bother for her. She sent across play lists prior to performance and said I could alter anything if I wanted. She was very flexible with timings. Her voice was just wonderful during live performances.
